Overnight Muesli and Fruit

What could be better than waking up to a tasty nutritious breakfast that is already waiting for you? Make this the night before and the flavours will shine through.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup muesli (we love the strawberry flavoured one)
  • 1½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup apple, pear or ripe banana, chopped (or choose any fruit you love)

Method

  1. Divide the ingredients between two jars or bowls that have tight-fitting lids.
  2. Seal, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Add more fresh fruit in the morning if you wish.
