What could be better than waking up to a tasty nutritious breakfast that is already waiting for you? Make this the night before and the flavours will shine through.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup muesli (we love the strawberry flavoured one)
- 1½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup apple, pear or ripe banana, chopped (or choose any fruit you love)
Method
- Divide the ingredients between two jars or bowls that have tight-fitting lids.
- Seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- Add more fresh fruit in the morning if you wish.
