Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Who doesn’t love chocolate? We simply love this 5-minute no-fuss delicious smoothie bowl. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a dessert any time of the day, too.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 2-3 heaped tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 deseeded dates
  • ½ cup water
  • A pinch of rock salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Method

Blend together all the ingredients and serve topped with fruits and nuts of your choice. If you’re not using frozen bananas, use ice cubes instead of the water.

Note: Always use ripe bananas; those with spots on the skin.
