Our Food Choices Matter

Veganism is a safe, healthy, and nutritious diet for people of all ages and stages of life. However, we understand that there are many people for whom it would be challenging, through lack of access to fresh plant foods or inability to cook, for example. And yet, there are millions, perhaps billions, more people for whom this is a practical, affordable, and very positive way of eating. We encourage all those who do have food autonomy to try plant-based foods, and to take part in one of our vegan challenges to help them get started.
