Apple Raisin Overnight Oats

What could be better than waking up to a tasty, nutritious breakfast that is already waiting for you? Make this the night before and the flavors will shine through.


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup apple, chopped
  • Handful raisins
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup


  1. Divide the ingredients between two jars or bowls that have tight-fitting lids.
  2. Seal, and refrigerate overnight.
