All you need to make this delicious meal is a kettle, which makes it a simple and quick option. It is also a versatile recipe, so you can make it however you like it, including adding bean sprouts, bell peppers or pieces of baby corn.


  • 3.5 oz rice noodles
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 red chili sliced
  • Handful cilantro
  • 1 tsp nori flakes
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


  1. Put all the ingredients into one dish.
  2. Cover with boiling water. Put a lid on and wait for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir and eat.
