Ingredients
- 3.5 oz rice noodles
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 red chili sliced
- Handful cilantro
- 1 tsp nori flakes
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Method
- Put all the ingredients into one dish.
- Cover with boiling water. Put a lid on and wait for 5 minutes.
