Olive Tapenade

Olives pack a powerful flavor-punch, and if you love them, you will absolutely love this. It makes a great sandwich filling, a dip, or can be served with pasta. It’s your choice!


  • 1 cup black olives, the stones removed
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • ⅛ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, rosemary, thyme or another herb (optional)
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Blitz all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve with bread.
