- 1 cup black olives, the stones removed
- 2 tbsp capers
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, rosemary, thyme or another herb (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
- Blitz all the ingredients together.
- Serve with bread.
