There has never been an easier and more delicious vegan cheese recipe than this one. Try it in sandwiches, on pizzas and in pastas. You won’t believe it’s dairy-free and so reasonably priced!

Ingredients
- 100 gms watermelon seeds
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp psyllium husk (Isabgol)
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp rock salt
Method
- Clean, wash and blend the melon seeds finely with a little bit of water until the desired thickness is achieved. If you don’t need the cheese right away, you may soak the seeds in that water for an hour or two to make it easier to blend.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. Add herbs, garlic, cumin or any other flavours.
- Enjoy as pizza cheese, as a dip, spread, etc. You can try using cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds too.
