Chocolate Pots Your Way

These silky smooth and very rich chocolate pots can be flavored however you like them. Plus, each pot contains more than 12 grams of protein!


  • 12 oz silken tofu
  • 1.5 oz cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp maple or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts

Flavor options: ½ tsp chili powder; a dash of rum; ½ tsp salt; or ½ tsp rose water, or orange or peppermint extract.


  1. Squeeze as much of the water from the tofu as possible (using a tofu press or by squeezing the tofu in a clean dish towel.)
  2. Add all ingredients except the nuts, including your choice of flavor (or none), to the blender, and blitz until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture between two pots and refrigerate for 20-30 mins. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts (or crumbled cookies) and serve.
