These silky smooth and very rich chocolate pots can be flavored however you like them. Plus, each pot contains more than 12 grams of protein!
- 12 oz silken tofu
- 1.5 oz cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Flavor options: ½ tsp chili powder; a dash of rum; ½ tsp salt; or ½ tsp rose water, or orange or peppermint extract.
- Squeeze as much of the water from the tofu as possible (using a tofu press or by squeezing the tofu in a clean dish towel.)
- Add all ingredients except the nuts, including your choice of flavor (or none), to the blender, and blitz until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between two pots and refrigerate for 20-30 mins. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts (or crumbled cookies) and serve.
