- 500g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- Salt and black pepper
- Heat the oven to 190°C
- In a roasting dish, mix the Brussels sprouts, garlic, and oil together, then season and roast for 20 minutes or so, stirring halfway through. The sprouts should be slightly charred to get that delicious nutty flavour.
