This is pure brilliance in a bowl. Sweet bananas and nutty peanut butter blend just perfectly to form a rich and creamy bowl of goodness. You can also use your imagination and add fresh apple pieces and grapes for a variation in flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas cut into smaller pieces for ease of blending
- 1 cup almond or cashew milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 soft dates
- 1 cup ice cubes if the bananas are not frozen
For garnishing
- Slices of banana and apple or any other fruit of your choice
- 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts or almonds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter mixed with 2 tbsp of almond or cashew milk
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend till you get a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with slices of bananas and other fruit, chopped roasted peanuts or almonds, and a dollop of peanut butter.
- If you’re using the ice cubes, avoid using the cashew or almond milk; it may become too thin.
