Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl

This is pure brilliance in a bowl. Sweet bananas and nutty peanut butter blend just perfectly to form a rich and creamy bowl of goodness. You can also use your imagination and add fresh apple pieces and grapes for a variation in flavour.


  • 2 frozen bananas cut into smaller pieces for ease of blending
  • 1 cup almond or cashew milk
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 soft dates
  • 1 cup ice cubes if the bananas are not frozen

For garnishing

  • Slices of banana and apple or any other fruit of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts or almonds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter mixed with 2 tbsp of almond or cashew milk


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend till you get a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with slices of bananas and other fruit, chopped roasted peanuts or almonds, and a dollop of peanut butter.
  3. If you’re using the ice cubes, avoid using the cashew or almond milk; it may become too thin.
