We know we should ‘eat healthy’ but we are bombarded with so much mixed messaging that we may not know exactly what this is. Plus, changing the habits of a lifetime is no easy feat! It takes more than willpower, which almost always fails us eventually. Instead, we need a shift in our thinking, and a deeper understanding of what food is, what it should do, and how we can ensure we love to eat the foods that are good for us. And so, we offer you a free 7-day course that guides you through the latest, credible, scientific evidence for how we should eat, and offers tips, advice, recipes, and menu planners to help you on your happy, healthy way.

What Is the Healthiest Diet?

A diet that is packed with phytonutrients, low in saturated fat, contains no cholesterol at all, and is rich in fiber is the very best way to eat. A plant-based diet has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers, while also supporting a flourishing gut microbiome, giving us all the energy we need to do the things we love, and even living longer.

What Does the Course Cover?

The course is a mix of motivation and practical tips because both are essential when it comes to changing the way we eat. We need to know why we are making these changes and how we can make them. And so, each day you will receive information on the latest independent research about diet by some of the world’s leading doctors, as well as incredible transformation stories by those whose lives have changed—and sometimes been saved—by switching to a plant-based diet. The course is also packed with tips and hacks to help you make simple swaps, as well as lots of recipes and meal ideas.

Will I Like the Food?

The biggest myth we are fed is that healthy food is not tasty. We are taught this as children when we are offered a sugar-laden dessert only if we eat up our vegetables. The message we learn very early on is that cake is a reward for enduring broccoli! But the flavors we love all tend to come from plants so it takes very little to make healthy food taste great. We just need to know how to do that. Our aim is to introduce you to flavor-packed, plant-based dishes and products that you will absolutely love, so there is no suggestion that you may be missing out. (Also, we are not dogmatic… There will be cake.)
